What is Click?
Click is a compilation of photos taken in Eagle County from August 2008 to August 2009. Categories include Pets, Wildlife, Landscape, Lifestyle, People, Water, Action and Family.
Who can enter?
Anybody, including professional photographers, is eligible.
How does it work?
If you haven't registered for a Vail Daily contest before, click the "Registration" tab and sign up. If you have used a Summit Daily contest before, your User ID and Password will be the same as the last contest you were in.
Once registered, you can upload photos by clicking the "Submission" tab. You can upload as many photos as you'd like.
You can also vote on photos by clicking the "Vote" tab. Scroll through and select your favorite photo, then click the "vote" button on the one you like the most. The photos with the most votes each week will be printed in the Vail Daily. The overall winning photos will be included in Click, a special section.
When can I submit photos?
The contest ends Sunday, September 6 at 11:59 PM.
Can I win anything?
There will be prizes every week for the photo that gets the most votes. Once a photo has won a prize, it is still eligible for prizes in the special section, but not for another “week’s best” prize. Other photos by the same photographer are. Prizes will be given to the photo with the most votes in each category in the special section, in addition to a staff pick for best overall photo.
When/where can I get a copy of Click?
Click will be distributed over Labor Day weekend in the Vail Daily.
