The CarniVail Contest is broken into two rounds:
Round 1, Thursday Jan. 28 to Thurs. Feb. 4: Nominate your CarniVail King and Queen using the submission tab. (you must register first)
Round 2, Wednesday, Feb.10 to Monday Feb. 15: Vote for the 2010 CarniVail King and Queen from the three couples selected from the nominations.
After you've registered and submitted a nomination, you can come on back and submit as many nominations as you'd like using the submission page.
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.
